1. Order Status: “Order Pending”

You may go to User Center → “Orders” to cancel your order directly.
Once cancelled, your payment will be immediately refunded to your Fulfillbot account balance.


2. Order Status: “Order Processing”

You may go to User Center → “Orders” to cancel your order.
If Fulfillbot has not yet purchased the items, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to your Fulfillbot balance within one working day.


3. Order Status: “Purchased”

You may go to User Center → “Orders” and click “Aftersales” for the relevant order.

Fulfillbot will submit a refund request to the seller on your behalf:

  • If the seller has not shipped the goods, the refund will be issued to your Fulfillbot account balance once the seller confirms it.

  • This process typically takes about 3 days.


4. Order Status: “Seller Sent”

If the seller:

  • Uses a fake tracking number, or

  • Has not actually shipped the items,

You may go to User Center → “Orders” and click “Aftersales”.

Fulfillbot will request a refund from the seller:

  • Once the seller confirms, the refund will be returned to your Fulfillbot account balance.

  • This process normally takes around 7 days.


5. More than 5 Days After the Order Status Becomes “Stored in Warehouse”

You may go to User Center → “Orders” and click “Aftersales” for the corresponding order.

Fulfillbot will help request a return with the seller; however:

  • Approval is not guaranteed, as it depends solely on the seller’s policy.

  • If the seller approves, Fulfillbot will process the return as soon as possible.

  • The domestic return tracking number will be displayed in the order details.

  • Once the seller receives the returned items and issues a refund, the system will automatically credit the amount to your Fulfillbot account balance.

In general, the full process takes 7–15 days, depending on how quickly the seller confirms the refund.
