1. Processing Time

At Fulfillbot, every order goes through two stages: purchasing and warehouse handling.

  • Product Purchasing Time:
    2–3 business days, depending on the seller’s dispatch speed.

  • Warehouse Processing Time:
    1–2 business days after items arrive at our fulfillment warehouse.

Observação: Orders containing custom-made items, pre-order products, or items with supplier delays may require additional time. We will notify you if extended processing is necessary.


2. Shipping Methods

Fulfillbot offers multiple international shipping methods to suit the needs of global sellers and e-commerce businesses:

(1) Private Line Shipping

  • Fast and reliable end-to-end delivery

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — taxes and duties included

  • Suitable for most general product categories

  • Recommended for dropshipping and stable fulfillment

(2) USPS

  • Ideal for lightweight parcels to the U.S.

  • Final-mile delivery by the United States Postal Service

(3) UPS / FedEx

  • Premium express courier service

  • Faster delivery, higher stability

  • Duties and taxes may apply depending on destination country

(4) Air Freight

  • Suitable for medium-to-large shipments

  • Faster than sea freight, lower cost than express couriers

(5) Sea Freight

  • Best for bulk shipments with lower urgency

  • Most cost-effective option

  • Delivery time varies depending on destination and customs clearance


3. Shipping Time (Estimated)

Actual shipping times depend on destination country, customs clearance, and logistics carrier operations.

7–12 business days

Observação: Shipping times do not include processing time.


4. Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be generated after your parcel is shipped from our warehouse.

  • You may track your package using:

    • The Fulfillbot order dashboard

    • The official tracking website of the carrier

  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to begin showing movement, depending on carrier systems.


5. Customs & Duties

Private Line

  • Shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

  • Taxes and duties are covered by Fulfillbot

  • No additional fees charged to your end customer

Express Couriers (USPS / UPS / FedEx)

  • Duties may apply depending on the destination country

  • Buyers may need to pay taxes upon delivery if the local customs office requires it

  • Fulfillbot has no control over customs regulations or tax rules in each country


6. Shipping Restrictions

Certain items cannot be shipped due to carrier or customs regulations, including but not limited to:

  • Hazardous materials (batteries, magnets, chemicals, liquids, powders)

  • Food & medicine

  • Perishable goods

  • Sharp objects or weapons

  • Items restricted by destination country laws

If your product requires special handling, please consult our support team before placing your order.


7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels

  • Fulfillbot will assist in communication with the carrier regarding compensation.

  • Compensation decisions follow the logistics provider’s official policies.

  • If your shipping method includes insurance, claims must be submitted within the carrier’s claim window.

  • We do not cover delays caused by:

    • Customs inspections

    • Weather conditions

    • Force majeure events

    • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address


8. Returns & Reshipments

  • If a parcel is returned from the destination country due to:

    • Failed customs clearance

    • Wrong delivery address

    • Recipient unavailable

    • Import restrictions
      O reshipping fee will be borne by the customer.
