Introduction<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"298\" data-end=\"654\">This <strong data-start=\"303\" data-end=\"332\">User Compliance Agreement<\/strong> (\u201cAgreement\u201d) is made between <strong data-start=\"363\" data-end=\"377\">Fulfillbot<\/strong> (\u201cwe\u201d, \u201cour\u201d, \u201cus\u201d) and the user (\u201cyou\u201d, \u201cyour\u201d).<br data-start=\"427\" data-end=\"430\" \/>By accessing or using Fulfillbot\u2019s sourcing, quality inspection, storage, warehousing, fulfillment, or shipping services (\u201cServices\u201d), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Agreement.<\/p><p data-start=\"656\" data-end=\"905\">Fulfillbot provides <strong data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"718\">service-based operational support only<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"719\" data-end=\"722\" \/>We are <strong data-start=\"729\" data-end=\"756\">not the seller of goods<\/strong>, nor the manufacturer, brand owner, distributor, or importer of record for the products you choose to purchase, store, or ship through our platform.<\/p><p data-start=\"907\" data-end=\"1050\">You, as the user, retain full responsibility for the legality, authenticity, origin, and compliance of all products handled through Fulfillbot.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1052\" data-end=\"1055\" \/><h2 data-start=\"1057\" data-end=\"1088\"><strong data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1088\">2. User Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2><h3 data-start=\"1090\" data-end=\"1118\"><strong data-start=\"1094\" data-end=\"1118\">2.1 Product Legality<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"1119\" data-end=\"1226\">You are solely responsible for ensuring that all products purchased, stored, or shipped through Fulfillbot:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1228\" data-end=\"1454\"><li data-start=\"1228\" data-end=\"1273\"><p data-start=\"1230\" data-end=\"1273\">Are legal for sale in your country\/region<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1319\"><p data-start=\"1276\" data-end=\"1319\">Do not violate import\/export restrictions<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1320\" data-end=\"1372\"><p data-start=\"1322\" data-end=\"1372\">Do not infringe any intellectual property rights<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1373\" data-end=\"1454\"><p data-start=\"1375\" data-end=\"1454\">Comply with the laws and regulations of both origin and destination countries<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1456\" data-end=\"1602\">Fulfillbot does not provide legal evaluation of products, nor do we participate in your product selection, listing, marketing, or sales decisions.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1607\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1609\" data-end=\"1645\"><strong data-start=\"1613\" data-end=\"1645\">2.2 Authenticity of Products<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"1646\" data-end=\"1661\">You agree that:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1663\" data-end=\"1969\"><li data-start=\"1663\" data-end=\"1718\"><p data-start=\"1665\" data-end=\"1718\">All products must be authentic and legally obtained<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1719\" data-end=\"1838\"><p data-start=\"1721\" data-end=\"1838\">You may be required to provide <strong data-start=\"1752\" data-end=\"1814\">invoices, authorization letters, licenses, or certificates<\/strong> to prove authenticity<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1839\" data-end=\"1969\"><p data-start=\"1841\" data-end=\"1969\">Fulfillbot reserves the right to decline processing products that appear counterfeit, infringing, restricted, or non-compliant<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1971\" data-end=\"2082\">Submitting false, altered, or misleading documents is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2084\" data-end=\"2087\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2089\" data-end=\"2131\"><strong data-start=\"2093\" data-end=\"2131\">2.3 Compliance With Platform Rules<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"2132\" data-end=\"2296\">If you sell products on third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, TikTok, Walmart, etc.), <strong data-start=\"2238\" data-end=\"2295\">you are responsible for complying with their policies<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"2298\" data-end=\"2338\">Fulfillbot does not verify or guarantee:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2340\" data-end=\"2455\"><li data-start=\"2340\" data-end=\"2362\"><p data-start=\"2342\" data-end=\"2362\">Listing compliance<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2363\" data-end=\"2386\"><p data-start=\"2365\" data-end=\"2386\">Brand authorization<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2387\" data-end=\"2412\"><p data-start=\"2389\" data-end=\"2412\">Customs documentation<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2413\" data-end=\"2455\"><p data-start=\"2415\" data-end=\"2455\">Platform acceptance or seller approval<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2457\" data-end=\"2460\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2462\" data-end=\"2504\"><strong data-start=\"2466\" data-end=\"2504\">2.4 Import &amp; Export Responsibility<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"2505\" data-end=\"2526\">You acknowledge that:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2528\" data-end=\"2738\"><li data-start=\"2528\" data-end=\"2590\"><p data-start=\"2530\" data-end=\"2590\">You are the importer\/exporter of record for your shipments<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2591\" data-end=\"2649\"><p data-start=\"2593\" data-end=\"2649\">Fulfillbot does not act as importer\/exporter of record<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2650\" data-end=\"2738\"><p data-start=\"2652\" data-end=\"2738\">You are responsible for local taxes, duties, restrictions, and customs documentation<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2740\" data-end=\"2862\">Any customs delays, seizures, fines, or confiscations related to the nature of your products are your sole responsibility.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2864\" data-end=\"2867\" \/><h2 data-start=\"2869\" data-end=\"2895\"><strong data-start=\"2872\" data-end=\"2895\">3. Prohibited Items<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"2897\" data-end=\"2967\">You must not use Fulfillbot\u2019s Services to handle any of the following:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2969\" data-end=\"3283\"><li data-start=\"2969\" data-end=\"3011\"><p data-start=\"2971\" data-end=\"3011\">Counterfeit, fake, or replica products<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3012\" data-end=\"3042\"><p data-start=\"3014\" data-end=\"3042\">Unauthorized branded items<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3043\" data-end=\"3098\"><p data-start=\"3045\" data-end=\"3098\">Items infringing trademarks, copyrights, or patents<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3099\" data-end=\"3141\"><p data-start=\"3101\" data-end=\"3141\">Dangerous goods prohibited by carriers<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3142\" data-end=\"3200\"><p data-start=\"3144\" data-end=\"3200\">Illegal or regulated items restricted by local customs<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3201\" data-end=\"3283\"><p data-start=\"3203\" data-end=\"3283\">Products that violate public safety, moral standards, or regulatory guidelines<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3285\" data-end=\"3360\">Fulfillbot may refuse, suspend, or destroy such items without compensation.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3362\" data-end=\"3365\" \/><h2 data-start=\"3367\" data-end=\"3395\"><strong data-start=\"3370\" data-end=\"3395\">4. High-Risk Products<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"3397\" data-end=\"3482\">Fulfillbot may classify certain items as <strong data-start=\"3438\" data-end=\"3451\">High-Risk<\/strong>, including but not limited to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3484\" data-end=\"3683\"><li data-start=\"3484\" data-end=\"3517\"><p data-start=\"3486\" data-end=\"3517\">IP-sensitive branded products<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3518\" data-end=\"3543\"><p data-start=\"3520\" data-end=\"3543\">Unauthorized replicas<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3544\" data-end=\"3578\"><p data-start=\"3546\" data-end=\"3578\">Products with unclear sourcing<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3579\" data-end=\"3620\"><p data-start=\"3581\" data-end=\"3620\">Items flagged by customs or platforms<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3621\" data-end=\"3683\"><p data-start=\"3623\" data-end=\"3683\">Products commonly associated with rights-holder complaints<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3685\" data-end=\"3716\">For such items, Fulfillbot may:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3718\" data-end=\"3913\"><li data-start=\"3718\" data-end=\"3754\"><p data-start=\"3720\" data-end=\"3754\">Request additional documentation<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3755\" data-end=\"3787\"><p data-start=\"3757\" data-end=\"3787\">Delay or decline fulfillment<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3788\" data-end=\"3825\"><p data-start=\"3790\" data-end=\"3825\">Apply extra inspection procedures<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3826\" data-end=\"3913\"><p data-start=\"3828\" data-end=\"3913\">Require written confirmation of your legal rights to sell or distribute the product<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"3915\" data-end=\"3918\" \/><h2 data-start=\"3920\" data-end=\"3960\"><strong data-start=\"3923\" data-end=\"3960\">5. Account Suspension &amp; Penalties<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"3962\" data-end=\"4032\">Fulfillbot may suspend or terminate your account if we determine that:<\/p><ul data-start=\"4034\" data-end=\"4292\"><li data-start=\"4034\" data-end=\"4083\"><p data-start=\"4036\" data-end=\"4083\">You handle counterfeit or infringing products<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4084\" data-end=\"4125\"><p data-start=\"4086\" data-end=\"4125\">You violate import\/export regulations<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4126\" data-end=\"4187\"><p data-start=\"4128\" data-end=\"4187\">You provide falsified documents or misleading information<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4188\" data-end=\"4249\"><p data-start=\"4190\" data-end=\"4249\">You misuse the Fulfillbot platform for illegal activities<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4250\" data-end=\"4292\"><p data-start=\"4252\" data-end=\"4292\">You fail to comply with this Agreement<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"4294\" data-end=\"4319\">Consequences may include:<\/p><ul data-start=\"4321\" data-end=\"4499\"><li data-start=\"4321\" data-end=\"4343\"><p data-start=\"4323\" data-end=\"4343\">Order cancellation<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4344\" data-end=\"4366\"><p data-start=\"4346\" data-end=\"4366\">Inventory disposal<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4367\" data-end=\"4391\"><p data-start=\"4369\" data-end=\"4391\">Funds being withheld<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4392\" data-end=\"4435\"><p data-start=\"4394\" data-end=\"4435\">Denial of access to Fulfillbot services<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4436\" data-end=\"4499\"><p data-start=\"4438\" data-end=\"4499\">Reporting to rights holders, carriers, or legal authorities<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"4501\" data-end=\"4504\" \/><h2 data-start=\"4506\" data-end=\"4541\"><strong data-start=\"4509\" data-end=\"4541\">6. Inventory Disposal Policy<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"4543\" data-end=\"4628\">Fulfillbot reserves the right to <strong data-start=\"4576\" data-end=\"4590\">dispose of<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"4594\" data-end=\"4613\">refuse to store<\/strong> products that:<\/p><ul data-start=\"4630\" data-end=\"4785\"><li data-start=\"4630\" data-end=\"4673\"><p data-start=\"4632\" data-end=\"4673\">Are illegal, counterfeit, or infringing<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4674\" data-end=\"4704\"><p data-start=\"4676\" data-end=\"4704\">Are abandoned or unclaimed<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4705\" data-end=\"4746\"><p data-start=\"4707\" data-end=\"4746\">Are prohibited by carriers or customs<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4747\" data-end=\"4785\"><p data-start=\"4749\" data-end=\"4785\">Present safety or compliance risks<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"4787\" data-end=\"4884\">Disposal fees may apply. No compensation will be issued for destroyed, rejected, or seized items.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4886\" data-end=\"4889\" \/><h2 data-start=\"4891\" data-end=\"4932\"><strong data-start=\"4894\" data-end=\"4932\">7. Fulfillbot Liability Limitation<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"4934\" data-end=\"4965\">You acknowledge and agree that:<\/p><ol data-start=\"4967\" data-end=\"5481\"><li data-start=\"4967\" data-end=\"5031\"><p data-start=\"4970\" data-end=\"5031\">Fulfillbot is a <strong data-start=\"4986\" data-end=\"5006\">service provider<\/strong>, not a seller of goods<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5032\" data-end=\"5109\"><p data-start=\"5035\" data-end=\"5109\">You are fully responsible for your product sourcing and sales activities<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5110\" data-end=\"5277\"><p data-start=\"5113\" data-end=\"5145\">Fulfillbot does not guarantee:<\/p><ul data-start=\"5149\" data-end=\"5277\"><li data-start=\"5149\" data-end=\"5172\"><p data-start=\"5151\" data-end=\"5172\">Platform compliance<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5176\" data-end=\"5197\"><p data-start=\"5178\" data-end=\"5197\">Customs clearance<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5201\" data-end=\"5231\"><p data-start=\"5203\" data-end=\"5231\">Legal validity of products<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5235\" data-end=\"5277\"><p data-start=\"5237\" data-end=\"5277\">Market approval or brand authorization<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li data-start=\"5278\" data-end=\"5481\"><p data-start=\"5281\" data-end=\"5318\">Fulfillbot shall not be liable for:<\/p><ul data-start=\"5322\" data-end=\"5481\"><li data-start=\"5322\" data-end=\"5345\"><p data-start=\"5324\" data-end=\"5345\">Seizures by customs<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5349\" data-end=\"5381\"><p data-start=\"5351\" data-end=\"5381\">Complaints by rights holders<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5385\" data-end=\"5417\"><p data-start=\"5387\" data-end=\"5417\">Platform account suspensions<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5421\" data-end=\"5481\"><p data-start=\"5423\" data-end=\"5481\">Damages resulting from illegal or non-compliant products<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><p data-start=\"5483\" data-end=\"5537\">Your use of our Services is entirely at your own risk.<\/p><hr data-start=\"5539\" data-end=\"5542\" \/><h2 data-start=\"5544\" data-end=\"5599\"><strong data-start=\"5547\" data-end=\"5599\">8.
